The "free makeup" for new launches only comes once in a blue moon, so don't agree your breath. Direction has a ridiculously low sales goal (12-15 hours but they're there forty) so they tin can sell until they make their goal, but y'all merely take the hours you're actually there so you lot can't cheat like they can. Unrealistic goals and EXTREME micro-managing. You lot accrue points if you're 1 minute late past their clock (points = write ups). Even if you manage to make your sales goal but your average sale isn't at to the lowest degree $45 they aren't happy. They constantly hanged the product claims without re-formulating the products and look you to feed those lies to your customers in guild to make those sales. I get out work every mean solar day feeling like a failure. I absolutely cannot recommend anyone to piece of work for this horrible company.

    Employee discount is beyond impressive. Of course yous get complimentary from the company when new products launch. You get to listen to pretty good music all day off the MAC playlist.

    You only get a set amount of hours a week, you never work more than your hourly bracket unless it'due south holiday time.
